Yesterday our Year Six students attended Dalby State High School for their first transition visit. They meet their DIP leaders who are presently in Year 10 and even had a game of handball with them at break time. The students participated in a number of activities including creating a poster for one of the 7 things they need to work at in Year Seven. These include: accountability, empathy, resilience, self-esteem, leadership, teamwork and being a learner. A full day transition visit is scheduled for 1 December.
