Year 3 have hit the ground running, or should we say, put pencil to paper and begun refining our persuasive writing. Students have been exploring the topic “Screen time should be limited" and are developing skills to convince an audience to agree with them. Parents beware, they may try some of these skills on you at home! We worked together in groups to brainstorm ideas, use word walls and scaffolding tools to write a persuasive paragraph to add to our topic.
